Full job description

As a Commis Chef, you will be an integral part of our kitchen team, helping to prepare and deliver high-quality dishes in line with our standards. You will work under the guidance of senior chefs to ensure the kitchen runs efficiently while contributing to the creativity and execution of our menu. We are looking for someone with at least 1 to 2 years of experience, a passion for food, and a strong commitment to teamwork.

Job Responsibilities :

• Assist in the preparation and cooking of food under the guidance of senior chefs.
• Ensure food quality and presentation meet our high standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring all kitchen equipment is used safely.
• Assist in stocking and organizing ingredients and supplies.
• Follow all food safety and hygiene procedures, including handling food with proper safety protocols.
• Collaborate effectively with the kitchen team, including communicating clearly and efficiently.
• Help in other kitchen-related duties as required.
