We're excited to welcome passionate, driven individuals to join our brand-new concept café, combining handmade gelato using locally sourced ingredients, freshly baked pastries, and a sandwich-focused and western comfort food menu served from day to night.

We are looking for a hard-working, efficient, and dedicated commis chef to prepare the meal ingredients needed while working alongside the chef de partie in various kitchen responsibilities

Commis Chef

As a Commis Chef, you'll support the kitchen team to bring our menu to life, from eggs benedict to hearty gourmet sandwiches and creating European / Western styled food menu (with French culinary training and specific interest in modern European / Western cooking is an added advantage)

Key Responsibilities :

Assist in daily kitchen operations and preparation.

Preparing meals by washing, peeling, and chopping fruits and vegetables and seasoning different kinds of meat

Preparing basic salads and sauces for meals, as directed by the chef

Receiving deliveries and verifying that all ordered items are received and are good quality

Work closely with the Head Chef to ensure efficient and smooth service.

Maintain kitchen hygiene and safety standards.

Requirements :

Previous experience in casual or fine dining setting preferred of at least 2 years.

Eagerness to learn and grow within a supportive team.

Interest in baking , sandwich preparation and specialty in preparing deli cut meats

Salary : RM 2,000 – RM 3,000 per month
