Office Executive – Kuala Lumpur

This is a full‑time on‑site role located in WP, Kuala Lumpur. The Office Executive will support day‑to‑day office operations, provide administrative assistance and customer service, manage communications, and ensure the efficient functioning of the office. The ideal candidate will maintain a professional and organized office environment.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Proficiency in administrative assistance and office administration tasks
• Excellent organizational and time‑management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field is a plus
