Summary
As the Assistant Revenue Manager, you will play a key role in mazimizing room revenue and occupancy through strategic analysis and effective inventory management. You will work closely with the Cluster Director of Revenue Management and collaborate with Sales, Marketing and Front Office teams to implement pricing strategies and forecast demand in alignment with Hyatt's brand standards and business objectives. Your key responsibilities include developing and executing pricing strategies to optimize revenue across all market segments, monitoring daily, weekly and monthly forecast trends and making recommendations, analyzing market conditions, competitive set performance and booking patterns to identify revenue opportunities, supporting the management of distribution channels and ensuring optimal availability and rate parity, conducting regular audits of rates and inventory across systems, and assisting in preparing revenue forecasts and forecast budget.
