Job Overview
This role is responsible for ensuring strict safety, hygiene, and quality control protocols in the kitchen. The ideal candidate will have at least 1-2 years of working experience as a chef and strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia languages.
Job Responsibilities
- Ensure strict safety, hygiene, and quality control protocols in the kitchen.
- Prepare food as per menu SOP.
- Provide good customer service.
- Take charge of proper storage of ingredients and apply FIFO strictly.
- Ensure stocks are available at all times.
- Ensure all equipment are in order and functioning well.
- Other tasks assigned by the operations manager.
