Your Mission

Lead the charge in expanding ServAuto's workshop network — not just by acquiring partners, but transforming them into long-term ecosystem players. You'll help independent workshops level up, adopt modern practices, and eventually become part of a standardised, trusted franchise network. Your role drives industry uplift and customer satisfaction.

What You'll Do

1. Onboard Workshops into the ServAuto Network

Identify and approach suitable workshops to join ServAuto's growing platform.
Target those offering key services : engine oil changes, tinting, accessories, and wear

& tear.

Communicate ServAuto's full value — guaranteed customer traffic, fast payment,

parts support, and digital tools.

Guide them through onboarding and set expectations for quality, efficiency, and

customer experience.

2. Transform Workshops & Drive Growth

Support partners in adopting SOPs that improve service turnaround, transparency,

and professionalism.

Help them evolve toward franchise readiness through better workflows and stronger

branding.

Provide direction and motivation to grow revenue and customer loyalty under the

ServAuto umbrella.

3. Strengthen Customer Experience via Workshop Standards

Monitor service quality and turnaround across partner workshops.

Resolve issues promptly and work with Ops to ensure smooth customer journeys.

Champion customer satisfaction through consistent, reliable workshop performance.

4. Scale Network Coverage with Quality-First Mindset

Expand our footprint across high-potential areas in Klang Valley and beyond.

Only onboard workshops aligned with ServAuto's mission : trusted, transparent, tech

enabled car care.

Collaborate with the marketing team to promote workshops through content,

campaigns, and traffic-driving activities.

Who You Are

2–5 years in automotive aftermarket, spare parts, or workshop-facing sales.

Confident with cold calling, walk-ins, and workshop relationship-building.

Knows how to guide workshops from basic operators to structured, high-performing

partners.

Fluent in BM, English, and preferably Mandarin.

Has own transport and willing to travel regularly.
