欢迎Fresh Graduate,我们需要的岗位是Customer Service(Sales)。目前公司有很大的发展空间,很多的学习机会和空间所以欢迎投Resume给我们,prefer会说华语沟通没问题的人(华人优先),也要会英文沟通

工作地点 : Medan Connaught,Cheras (Taman Connaught MRT对面)

薪资与待遇 : RM2,500-RM4,000 with Comm++(% base on Sales of the month),adjustable based on experience and skills ,每年有晋升调薪机会

工作时间 : 一周五天半

早班 - 9am-5pm

晚班 - 4pm-12am

不打卡

Job Responsibility

• 负责回复顾客拿sales(多数回复顾客inbox)
• 接听顾客电话,解决顾客问题
• 优化Reply SOP
• 想方法来提高sales
• 记录key in顾客data
