Key Responsibilities :
Operations Support
- Coordinate order processing and delivery schedules
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in stock management
- Liaise with warehouse / logistics teams to ensure timely fulfilment
- Assist in updating order tracking and shipment records
- Support ad hoc tasks from marketing or operations team
Customer Service
Handle customer enquiries via WhatsApp, social media, email & callsProvide accurate product information and resolve issues efficientlyManage order tracking, return / exchange processes, and feedbackMaintain high customer satisfaction with timely and professional responsesRequirements :
SPM graduateFresh graduates are welcome to apply; relevant experience is a plusAble to communicate in English, Malay and Chinese (A lot of Chinese customer, Mandarin is a bonus)Comfortable using basic digital tools (Excel, Google Sheets, messaging platforms)Friendly, responsible, and a good team playerAble to work independently and handle fast-paced situationsJob Type : Full-time
