Position Summarize :
Customer Service helps company customers / users with their inquiries through inbound calls, chats, and emails focusing on Taiwan / Hong Kong / Singapore / CH / US market. Therefore, we are seeking candidates who are well-versed in Mandarin and English is compulsory. Proficient in Cantonese is a plus point.
Job Details :
- Working location : Petaling Jaya, KL Sentral, Cheras, Cyberjaya etc.
- Working hours : 5 days per week, 9 hours per day, monthly shift-based.
- Salary : Basic+ KPI+ allowances (Based on interview performance, education qualification, and working experience)

Requirements :
Education : SPM all passed and above (SPM, Foundation, Diploma, Degree etc)Experience is not required. (Free & Professional Training are provided)Language(s) : Mandarin, English ( Cantonese is a plus)with customer service, experience is an advantage(chance to gain higher basic salary)DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
Handle inbound / outbound enquiries, feedback and provide resolutions to customers over the phone, email or via chat relating to renowned product.Understand customer enquiries and ensure they are answered or routed through the appropriate support channel.Manage customer escalations and ensure that these are answered, tracked, and escalated as required.Provide constructive feedback on tools, resources, procedures, and guidelines to enhance workflow and the customer experience.Demonstrate a strong customer service orientation and take responsibility to ensure customers are satisfied.Provide a high level of professionalism and competent customer service.Able to communicate effectively with customers in a friendly and polite manner.More Benefits :

此工作岗位主要负责台湾 / 香港 / 新加坡 / 中国 / 美国市场。
工作内容 :
工作地点 : Petaling Jaya, KL Sentral, Cyberjaya, Cheras 等等 (公共交通直达)
工作时间 : 8+1小时,5天制 (月轮班;早午晚)
薪资 : 底薪 + KPI绩效奖金 + 津贴 (取决于面试表现,学历,工作经验)
包含EPF, SOCSO, EIS, 年假&病假

⁃ 通过通话,系统聊天及邮件处理顾客所提出的与产品相关的疑问
⁃ 根据情况提供高效与准确的解决方案

⁃ 对工作所需的工具,资源,程序,指导方针提供有助于提高往后客户满意度并且有建设性的意见
