Job Responsibilities
- Compliance & Policy Implementation
- Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures to support organizational efficiency.
- Ensure full compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company standards.
- Oversee workplace health and safety programs in compliance with DOSH requirements, including OSHA 1994.
- Government Liaison
- Act as the primary contact with Kastam, MIDA, and other government authorities on compliance, audits, and licensing matters.
- Liaise with BOMBA, TNB, and other regulatory bodies during audits, inspections, and fire safety compliance activities.
- Coordinate with internal departments to address and resolve compliance findings effectively.
- Human Resources Management
- Manage the full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, exits, employee handbook, compensation and benefits, employee relations, payroll, and statutory contributions (EPF, SOCSO, HRDF, etc.).
- Maintain employee data and records in compliance with HR regulations.
- Ensure adherence to all labor laws and HR compliance requirements.
- Office & Administration Management
- Plan and coordinate company events, meetings, and staff activities.
- Maintain and update company databases, records, and documentation to ensure accuracy and accessibility.
Job Requirements
Degree or Advanced Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Strong knowledge of local laws, labor laws, and HR compliance requirements.Proven ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.Excellent communication skills in written and spoken English, Chinese, and Bahasa Malaysia.Minimum of 5 years' relevant experience in a managerial or assistant managerial capacity.Job Type : Full-time
Pay : RM10, RM15,000.00 per month
