Working Hours :
- 5pm to 12.30 am shift (including 1 break)
- 6 days per week (1 scheduled rest day)
Job Responsibilities :
Deliver excellent customer service and handle inquiries effectively.Manage customer orders, payments, and transactions in a professional manner.Maintain cleanliness and ensure smooth daily operations.Provide support to the team and contribute to a positive work environment.Requirements :
Minimum SPM or equivalent; Diploma in related field is an advantage.Prior experience in customer service, retail, or F&B is preferred.Good communication skills with a friendly and professional attitude.Willingness to work on noon shift and commit to 6 working days per week.Team player, proactive, and customer-oriented.What We Offer :
