We are now looking for an Administrative Clerk to support our growing operations.
Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day administrative support, including document management, filing, and office coordination.
- Prepare basic reports and support the Accounts and Admin Manager on administrative matters.
- Handle correspondence, phone calls, and emails professionally in three languages.
- Support HR-related administrative tasks including attendance records, staff coordination, and recruitment assistance.
- Provide general administrative and clerical support to the office.
- Maintain proper filing systems and record keeping.
- Assist in data entry, scheduling meetings, and coordinating office activities.
- Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the manager.
Requirements
Minimum SPM / Diploma in Business Administration or related field.Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia (Chinese proficiency will be an added advantage).Strong sense of responsibility, good communication, and organizational skills.Able to work independently and in a team.What We Offer
