As a Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for managing and controlling project costs from the pre-contract to post-contract stages. You will play a key role in budgeting, tendering, cost control, contract administration, and final account settlement. This role requires working independently with minimal supervision while coordinating with clients, consultants, and contractors.
What you'll be doing
Prepare tender and contract documents, bills of quantities, and cost estimates.
Evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotations and issue purchase orders / contracts.
Monitor project budgets, track variations, and perform cost control.
Prepare and verify interim claims, progress payments, and final accounts.
Conduct site visits to verify work done and measure quantities.
Provide advice on contractual claims and procurement strategies.
Liaise with clients, consultants, site personnel, and authorities.
Ensure compliance with contractual terms, company policies, and statutory regulation.
What we're looking for
Qualification :
Diploma / Degree in Quantity Surveying, Procurement, Construction Management, or a related field.
Experience :
A minimum of 1–3 years of experience in quantity surveying is preferred. However, fresh graduates are encouraged to apply as training will be provided.
