Responsibilities :
- Manage and prepare contracts, tender documents and other requirements applicable to the projects.
- Projecting cost estimates on various materials needed for a project.
- Coordinate with site project team in administering contractual matters such as variation order, extension of time, project cost control, work permit etc.
- Call for quotation & negotiation with the supplier / sub-contractor, monitor, control project cost and raise purchase order.
- Verify and evaluate Contractual Claims and supplier invoice before passing to account dept for payment purpose.
- Attending site meeting, project brief meeting & design brief meeting.
- Monitoring and keeping track of project progress and take responsibility for the measurement and valuation of variations in the work during the contract;
- Liaising with site managers and other necessary people to ensure the project follows to the timeline.
- Resolve outstanding claim issues, prepare variation orders (VO) promptly.
- Other duties as assigned by superior.
Requirements :
Candidate must possess at least Diploma / Post Graduate Diploma in Quantity Survey / Construction Management or equivalent.At least 3 years of working experience in the INTERIOR DESIGN firm is required for this position.Self-discipline, responsible, self-motivated, positive thinking, really can committed and good in negotiation skill.Have own transport.Job Type : Full-time
