What You Will Do
- Design and implement performance management programs to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Develop and update salary scales and brackets for different roles and departments.
- Develop and roll out new benefits initiatives to enhance employee benefits.
- Ensure compensation and benefit processes comply with relevant government regulations and internal policies.
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees regarding salary and benefits information.
- Oversee end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal, tax and company policies.
- Conduct assessments to identify areas for performance, culture, or structure improvement.
- Develop and implement interventions, training, and programs to enhance employee skills and organizational performance.
- Facilitate and support change management initiatives, including communication and training efforts.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement and help the organization adapt to market changes.
What You Will Bring (Required Qualifications)
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Management or related field.Strong understanding of compensation and benefits principles and practices.Proficiency with HRIS and payroll systems.Knowledge of relevant labor laws and tax regulations.Skilled in managing and facilitating organizational change.Proficient in data analysis and performance assessment.Stratus Automation Sdn Bhd is an Equal Opportunity Employer!
