Job descriptionInvolve in Halal new application and renewal including liaising with JAKIM / JAIS for any related matter and issue. Assist in monitoring the Halal validity of raw material supplier. Responsible of Halal file and to ensure Halal documentation are in ordered and well organized. Assist in ensuring Halal training for staff is ongoing and properly recorded Assist in conducting Halal and food safety audits to ensure compliance with the requirement Assist in maintaining halal certificate for all products to ensure within a valid halal certification Willing to travel Assist in any ad hoc tasks given by the management, including tasks beyond halal scope including the following : - Coordinate with driver and central kitchen's production staff to ensure materials and goods are delivered on time to all outlets Maintain daily communication between central kitchen and outlet staff to address condition, amount and quality of goods delivered Data entry for supplier's purchase orders / invoices and other related documents Recording of goods returned to central kitchen and compilation of information for issuance of credit note Preparation of production records, ensures production records and reports are maintained in accordance with the management's requirements and the established standards Recording of materials and production wastage Assists in the monthly stock count of goods Assist in all general administration work and documentation filling and assistance to production and clerical support as and when required
Qualification :
- Minimum 2 - 3 years of working experience
- Diploma / Degree in Halal Management / Halal Compliance / Food Science and Technology / Food Services / Hospitality and Hotel Management or any related field.
- Basic knowledge of halal management systems.
- Candidates who obtained Halal Executive Certificate from a registered institute under HPB would be added advantage
- Diligent, confidential, and able to follow procedures put in place
- Possess own transport would be added advantage

- Diploma / Advanced Diploma (Preferred)
- Administration : 2 years (Preferred)
