Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls.
Draft letters, reports, and minutes of meetings.
Task & Time Management
Track deadlines and ensure timely completion of tasks.
Remind the manager of important tasks and deadlines.
Prioritize and manage multiple assignments efficiently.
Meeting & Event Coordination
Arrange meetings, prepare agendas, and record minutes.
Liaise with participants and stakeholders.
Coordinate logistics for events, trainings, and conferences.
Document Management
Maintain an organized filing system for digital and physical documents.
Manage confidential records and ensure proper documentation protocols.
Serve as a point of contact between the manager and internal / external parties.
Relay instructions and follow up on delegated tasks.
Support in Projects and Ad Hoc Tasks
Assist in tracking progress on key projects.
Conduct research and compile information as required.
Provide administrative support for personal or business matters when requested.
