We are looking for a dedicated Support Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing functional and technical support and troubleshooting for D365 Finance and Operation (D365 FO). This role requires a deep understanding of D365 FO, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical users. The Support Consultant will work closely with various departments to ensure that the system is functioning optimally and meeting the needs of our client’s organization. This position involves diagnosing and resolving issues, and providing assistance to our support clients. The successful candidate will have a strong background in IT support, experience with D365 FO systems, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Primary Responsibilities

Engaged with clients and provide on going support to post implemented project including diagnosed, analyse the issues reported based on the tickets assigned and propose resolution.

Primarily responsible for handling tickets and possess the right functional skill to support Financial and Supply Chain module to support our clients.

Responsible for any enhancements include requirements gathering, specification documentation, strategy creation and implementation.

Creates test requirements, cases and performance of testing to validate business processes.

Responsible for conducting acceptance testing and training customer resources to successfully use of Microsoft Dynamics AX / Dynamics 365 Finance and Operation.

Position Requirements

Degree or Master Degree in Computer Science, Finance, Accounting, Engineering or similar field

At least 3 years of D365 FO support experience either from an end-user or vendor environment covering all modules of Finance and Supply Chain Management.

Good understanding of ERP functionalities relating to Finance, Sales, Procurement, Inventory and Production processes

Must have knowledge and experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 FO.

Fluency in both written and spoken English is mandatory.

Highly motivated and able to work independently

Ability to execute task with minimum supervision.

Willing to travel as and when required.

Willing work on Europe timezone (Monday – Friday)
