Job Summary
The F&B Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily operations of the restaurant / outlet, ensuring high standards of service, quality, and guest satisfaction. This role involves supervising staff, maintaining smooth operations, monitoring inventory, and assisting the F&B Manager in achieving business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily operations in the restaurant, café, or outlet.
- Ensure excellent customer service and handle guest complaints promptly and professionally.
- Monitor staff performance, provide guidance, and conduct on-the-job training.
- Assist in staff scheduling and ensure adequate manpower for smooth service.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Monitor food and beverage quality to ensure consistency with standards.
- Assist in controlling costs and minimizing wastage of food, beverages, and other supplies.
- Support the F&B Manager in implementing promotions, events, and upselling strategies.
- Conduct daily briefings with staff to align on service standards and operational goals.
- Maintain proper inventory records and assist in ordering supplies.
Requirements
Diploma / Degree in Hospitality Management or equivalent experience.Minimum 2–3 years' experience in F&B industry, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills.Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.Knowledge of POS systems and basic computer skills is an advantage.Key Competencies

Pay : RM1, RM2,200.00 per month
