Highly responsible, detail-oriented, and capable of independent thinking. Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and adapt to a fast-paced environment. Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant office applications. Proficiency in spoken and written Mandarin, with the ability to use Mandarin as a working language for communication with HQ. About the Job
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the management of warehouse fixed assets and consumables.
- Support warehouse procurement activities, including supplier engagement, local purchasing, acceptance, and cost settlement, while coordinating with HQ procurement teams.
- Liaise with local manpower agencies to plan labor requirements, monitor workforce deployment, and manage the LMS system to ensure accuracy and completeness of data.
- Prepare and support warehouse cost forecasts and accrual reporting.
