We're looking for a detail-oriented and proactive HR Specialist to join our Human Capital team. This role will support a wide range of HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training & development, payroll, and compliance. You will play a key role in driving HR initiatives that strengthen employee engagement and foster a positive workplace culture.
What should you have?
- Drive innovative recruitment platforms
- Ability to execute and plan companywide training initiatives
- Has good experience and knowledge in HR operations
- Drive Employee Engagement programs that enable team engagement
- Ability to support overall HR operations including end-to-end Business operations within the department
- Good analytical skills in HR reporting analysis
- Supports the HR Systems and Operations teams in the implementation of HR system related projects both planned and ad-hoc, as requested
- Develops and maintains standard user documentation, such as SOP's, and internal knowledge base articles pertaining to HRIS and HR processes and procedures
- Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration in a professional setting
- Proven ability to work independently as a team member
- Possess high level of confidentiality and professionalism
- Able to work with all levels of people and a team player who can support others within the team
- Able to multi-task and work with minimum supervision & under pressure
What do you need to qualify?
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.2 – 3 years of HR experience in generalist or specialist roles.Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.High level of confidentiality and professionalism.Proficiency in HRMS / HRIS systems and MS Office applications.Does the above interest you?
