Head of Human Resources at Gentle Supreme
Key Responsibilities :
- Plan and execute the implementation of brand plans and activities as stated in the operational brand plan to ensure brand objectives are met and support the overall objectives.
- Drive development for point-of-sale communication materials and ensure materials produced meet the campaign objectives.
- Constantly monitor performance of brand activities and provide recommendations to correct performance shortfalls where necessary.
- Actively manage brand activity budget and spend, to ensure that the team derives the best value from marketing spend and are within the budget limits.
- Drive immediate & long-term overall brand and category plans for the company in light of changing marketing environment and business fields which may affect this environment.
- Prepare Annual Strategic Plan and Budget to satisfy the company’s immediate & long-term profit and growth goals.
- Assist in driving the category brand performance and brand penetration by implementing effective category and growth plan.
- Liaise with other Functional Heads and other managers to ensure difficulties obstructing the progression of the marketing programme are overcome.
- Keeps abreast of market developments reinforced by at least once in a month field visits to the trade.
- Maintains contact with the Sales and Trade Marketing to plan and ensure full support on consumer and on ground activities.
Job Requirements :
