Job descriptionMonitor the staff contract period frequently. Managing the documentation like Offer letter, Job Description, HR review, attendances staff analysis and etc. Managing the internal relations and staff performance improvement plans. Managing and documenting the employee performance evaluations. Handling the acceptance of resignation and exit interview documentation. Other Administration Job Functions such as restocking, maintenance report and event management. Contribution of EPF, SOCSO, EIS. Annual leave, sick leave, and others leave accordance with Malaysian labor laws.
Location : Shah Alam, Selangor

Qualification :
- Diploma / Degree in Human Resource, Administrative and any related fields.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Years of experience : 0 - 3 years.
- Required language(s) : Bahasa Malaysia, English.
