Responsibililites as Human Resources :
Monitor the staff contract period frequently.Managing the documentation like Offer letter, Job Description, HR review, attendances staff analysis and etc.Managing the internal relations and staff performance improvement plans.Managing and documenting the employee performance evaluations.Handling the acceptance of resignation and exit interview documentation.Other Administration Job Functions such as restocking, maintenance report and event management.Benefits :
