Your Role
As a
Quotation Coordinator
, you will support the Japan and Southeast Asia sales teams by preparing accurate and competitive travel quotations. This role requires either the ability to read and write in
basic Japanese (JLPT N3 / N4)
to assist with internal communications and documents — no verbal Japanese communication is required, or proficient in
Mandarin
both reading and writing.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and compile travel components (hotels, meals, transport, guides, etc.)
- Prepare quotations tailored for Japan and Southeast Asia markets
- Read and understand Japanese or Chinese documents / system data (e.g., itineraries, hotel details)
- Using Japanese or Chinese to input or respond to basic internal communications
- Coordinate with internal teams to meet client expectations
- Assist with ad hoc tasks or special projects from management
Requirements
Diploma / Degree in Tourism, Hospitality or a related fieldFresh graduates are welcome; ideally has 1–2 years of relevant experience is a plusProficient in English (spoken and written)Japanese reading & writing proficiency (minimum JLPT N3 / N4)– speaking not required

Proficient in Mandarin reading and writing
