Job Description
- Prepare subcontractor documentation - draft and issue Subcontractor Work Orders (WO) and Letters of Award (LOA).
- Handle payment certification - prepare Subcontractor Certificates, Payment Certificates, and Final Accounts.
- Document Follow Up - Liaise with subcontractors to ensure timely return of signed Work Orders, Letters of Award, and Final Accounts.
- Collaborative Teamwork - work effectively with team members to achieve departmental goals and project deadlines.
- Document Management - perform filing and e-filing of all relevant subcontractor documents in an organized and accessible manner.
- Bid comparison Analysis - prepare and analyze bid comparisons among subcontractors to support procurement decisions.
- Subcontractor Compliance Monitoring - track and update subcontractor registration forms (ISO) and conduct performance evaluations.
- Document Collection Support - assist in following up on supporting documents from subcontractors and site personnel.
- Ad hoc tasks - perform additional duties and tasks as assigned by the superior to support department operations.
Job Requirement
Diploma / Degree in Quantity Surveyor or other related fields.Candidate with minimum 2 years of working experience.Preferable with Interior Design (ID) knowledge.General computer literate.Able to work with minimum supervision and good communication skills.Able to travel and station at site office.Has valid license.Required languages in Malay, English and Mandarin.Job Type : Full-time
