Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, compensation & benefits, training & development, and performance management.
• Partner with senior leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives and workforce planning needs.
• Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and frameworks in compliance with labor laws and company standards.
• Oversee talent acquisition initiatives, ensuring timely recruitment of high-quality candidates.
• Drive employee engagement programs and foster a positive workplace culture.
• Monitor and enhance performance management systems, including appraisals, KPIs, and career development pathways.
• Manage HR reporting, analytics, and dashboards to provide actionable insights for decision-making.
• Leverage Worksy HR system for employee data management, workflows, and reporting.
• Utilize SQL queries to extract and analyze HR data for workforce planning, payroll, and compliance reporting.
• Ensure smooth handling of employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
• Collaborate with finance and management on payroll, budgeting, and workforce cost optimization.
