Talent Acquisition and Management Specialist at Morison LC PLT
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, compensation & benefits, training & development, and performance management.
Partner with senior leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives and workforce planning needs.
Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and frameworks in compliance with labor laws and company standards.
Oversee talent acquisition initiatives, ensuring timely recruitment of high-quality candidates.
Drive employee engagement programs and foster a positive workplace culture.
Monitor and enhance performance management systems, including appraisals, KPIs, and career development pathways.
Manage HR reporting, analytics, and dashboards to provide actionable insights for decision-making.
Leverage Worksy HR system for employee data management, workflows, and reporting.
Utilize SQL queries to extract and analyze HR data for workforce planning, payroll, and compliance reporting.
Ensure smooth handling of employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
Collaborate with finance and management on payroll, budgeting, and workforce cost optimization.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 5–7 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
Strong knowledge of employment laws, HR compliance, and best practices.
Proven track record in talent acquisition, employee engagement, and performance management.
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) and ability to interact with all levels of the organization.
Proficiency in HR systems (Worksy) and HRIS platforms, with working knowledge of SQL for HR analytics and reporting.
Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Power BI).
Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Professional, organized, and proactive approach to problem-solving.
Preferred Experience
Experience in professional services, audit, or consulting firms.
Exposure to HR digital transformation projects (e.g., HR analytics, automation tools).
Strong background in workforce planning, organizational design, and policy development.
Prior experience handling regional or multi-office HR operations.
