Job descriptionDiploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, or a related field. High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism. Ability to work independently and collaboratively across departments. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Good knowledge on HR policies, payroll processes, employee welfare practices, as well as knowledge of record keeping and document control procedures.
Job Description :
- Monitor staff attendance, punctuality, and verify overtime submissions against attendance records.
- Assist in the full recruitment cycle including job posting, shortlisting, and conduct interviews for executive level staff and below.
- Prepare HR documents such as offer letters, contract renewals. confirmation letters and related documents for new staff.
- Provide general administrative support, including filing agreements and documents, license renewal document preparation and vehicle insurance renewal.
- In-charge of office leasing (tenant & landlord).
- To provide secretarial, administrative, and coordination support to the Department Head, ensuring smooth execution of departmental operations.
- Prepare BURSA reporting including Sustainability Report, Manpower Headcount, and Management Organization Chart.
- Liaise with external vendors, service providers, and business partners as needed.
- Perform other HR and admin related duties or ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
