Human Resources Executive

About the role

Hong Teck Engineering Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced and dedicated Human Resources Executive to join our team in Seelong, Johor. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for driving the company's HR initiatives and ensuring the smooth operation of all HR-related functions.

What you'll be doing

• Manage the full life cycle of the employee journey, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, compensation and benefits, and performance management
• Develop and implement HR policies, procedures and best practices to ensure compliance with labour laws and regulations
• Conduct staff training and development programmes to enhance employee skills and knowledge
• Administer payroll and leave management processes to ensure accurate and timely processing
• Provide HR support and guidance to employees and managers on a wide range of HR-related matters
• Manage foreign worker pass and accommodation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the company's strategic objectives
• Maintain accurate HR records and generate reports as required
