Job descriptionCandidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma in Human Resources or equivalent Proven experience in human resources roles, with a minimum of 3 years of combined experience. Strong understanding of employment acts & HR policies and procedures. Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently in a fast-paced environment. Strong ethics and integrity, with a commitment to confidentiality and professionalism.
Responsibilty :
- Manage recruitment and onboarding processes, including job postings, screening candidates, and conducting interviews arrangement.
- Administer employee benefits programs and ensure compliance with legal requirements.
- Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and productivity.
- Maintain employee records and ensure confidentiality and data accuracy.
- Stay updated on HR laws, regulations, and best practices to ensure compliance and mitigate risks.
- All other HR related matters.
