What you'll be doing?

• Oversee store construction : Coordinate and manage store construction projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to brand standards.
• Drive retail marketing : Lead regional marketing activities, including POSM deployment and store presentation standards across all store types.
• Manage warehouse operations : Take accountability for regional warehouse materials, including proper documentation and tracking of store construction materials, POSM, and gifts.
• Lead team development : Motivate and guide your team to improve productivity, innovate processes, and build strong relationships with stakeholders.
• Enhance customer experience : Establish and maintain relationships to build customer confidence across multiple touch points.
• Streamline operations : Implement process improvements to optimize workflow for store construction and retail marketing deployment.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders : Work closely with Retail Supervisors, City Managers, dealers, partners, and mall management to ensure smooth operations.
