Test Lead

Role Overview

We are hiring a seasoned Test Lead to drive QA strategy, regression planning, and cross-market coordination for a leading insurance platform. This role demands strong leadership, client engagement, and hands-on testing expertise.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and manage QA strategy across sprints and releases
• Align test requirements with business-critical workflows and compliance needs
• Coordinate with product owners and offshore teams for test case design
• Enable regression automation and manage test case traceability across five markets
• Own test data provisioning and production alignment
• Lead defect triage, UAT support, and production readiness activities
• Facilitate daily sync calls, escalate environment issues, and ensure smooth sprint execution
