Assistant Brand Manager, Feminine Care at Kimberly-Clark. You will support the development and execution of marketing plans that drive growth and brand relevance for Kotex, collaborating across functions, supporting innovation and product launches, and delivering impactful campaigns and business performance.

Responsibilities
- Assist in developing and executing the annual brand plan to drive the brand’s commercial objectives, including defining marketing goals, strategies, and 360-degree activation plans in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Track and report business performance by analysing internal sales reports, external data (eg. Nielsen, Kantar), and market trends to assess brand performance and identify opportunities.
- Monitor and track segment performance, competitor activities, and market dynamics to inform strategy and ensure growth of Kotex.
- Drive initiatives that enhance the brand equity of Kotex through strategic and relevant brand-building activities.
- Assist in the management of the marketing budget, including the execution and reporting of marketing activities, advertising spend, and performance results. Support the monthly A&P management process, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently for the brand’s marketing initiatives. Support in marketing presentations, analysis and reporting.
- Partner with internal stakeholders including Sales, Trade Marketing, Demand Planning, and Regional Marketing to ensure alignment on all initiatives. Support monthly demand planning processes and on-ground activations, identifying potential challenges and proposing effective solutions. Work closely with the Finance team to develop and analyse the brand P&L, ensuring marketing plans support brand growth targets and profitability objectives.
- Collaborate with the digital team to develop meaningful communication and acquisition strategies that support brand objectives, drive sales and enhance brand engagement through digital and ecommerce. Provide brand guidance on digital content, campaigns, and e-commerce assets to ensure consistency across consumer touchpoints. Assist in the development and execution of 360° marketing campaigns with strong brand messaging across all consumer touchpoints.
- Support end-to-end innovation launches, including P&L analysis, packaging development, claims validation, production timelines, and go-to-market strategies. Collaborate with the regional team to ensure successful new product launches, aligning on regional priorities and adapting strategies for local dynamics. Assess competitive standing of the product portfolio, identifying opportunities for product upgrades and new product launches. Develop promotional packs that align with business strategies and shopper insights, supporting key sales events and product push periods. Support the development and implementation of Price Pack Architecture strategies to optimize brand competitiveness and profitability across consumer segments.
Qualifications
Essential Requirements
Bachelors / Masters Degree in Business or MarketingMinimum of 2 years of consumer marketing experience.Additional trade marketing, digital marketing and / or cross-functional experience an advantage.Experience in cross-functional stakeholder management and project managementAbout You
