Customer Service Senior Executive

, you'll shape how customers experience our business while inspiring your team to succeed.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage customer accounts to ensure timely delivery of services.
• Updates on contract delivery status on a weekly basis via customer schedules with a window period of 60 days.
• New customer introduction is done within 2 working days.
• Registration of customer complaints and follow-up for closure & resolution within 10 working days.
• Work with stakeholders to coordinate export bookings and follow-up on vessel tracking post-dispatch.
• Facilitate smooth coordination between liners, warehouse, and documentation teams.
• Collaborate with CS Sales Support and internal teams to fulfil customer needs.
• Developing strong relationships with customers is crucial for retaining business.

Requirements :

Degree in business administration or a related field.

years' experience in related field / Fresh graduate are encouraged to apply.

: Strong verbal and written communication; ability to explain complex information in simple terms.

: Ability to identify root causes and recurring issues from customer conversations.

: Comfortable managing multiple chats, calls, or cases simultaneously with quality.
