Customer Service Executive

Responsibilities :

• Conduct follow-up calls actively to gather feedbacks and measure customer satisfaction with our products and services. (outbound)
• Handle inbound calls, ensuring the customer's concerns are addressed or passed to the relevant department in a timely manner.
• Assist walk-in customers with inquiries, purchases, or service-related matters to ensure a pleasant and efficient experience.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback to support continuous improvement efforts.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure customers' needs are met and issues are resolved effectively.
• Handle ad-hoc duties that being assigned.
