Overview
To lead the CSC HR Service Delivery Team and develop a work culture that fosters service excellence, customer focus and business process knowledge; to provide leadership for all of the services delivered by the HR Service Delivery Team.
Responsibilities
General Cross-Functional
- Manage the overall delivery of centralized HR services to Business Groups. This includes highlighting potential resource issues (i.e., resource shortages and excess by work areas), ensuring timely and quality service delivery, and managing risks / issues.
- Provide leadership and direction to the CSC HR Function Leads. Clearly define and communicate roles and expectations to CSC HR team members.
- Ensure that Leads and Analysts are responsive to incoming calls / queries, provide first level identification, issue documentation, resolution and escalation as required.
- Act as a point of escalation within CSC HR for complaints and service issues to ensure swift resolution and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure adherence to RGM HR policies and procedures. Work with Business Groups to ensure that centralized / standardized SAP eHR processes are adopted and implemented appropriately.
Service Management and Continuous Improvement :
Work with CSC Service Management for performance reporting functions as required for measuring compliance with the Service Level Agreement as well as on the charging mechanisms and cost recovery for the services provided.Manage and lead the CSC HR Service Delivery Team to deliver HR support services within agreed service levels and budgetary guidelines defined in the CSC Service Level Agreement. Ensure that failed service levels are escalated, analyzed, resolved and followed-up on a timely basis.Work with Function Leads to monitor and perform internal reviews of CSC HR service delivery to ensure quality of delivery.Work as a team with CSC Service Delivery Lead, CSC Service Management, Business Group Representatives in all service performance review, performance issue resolution and continuous improvement activities.Drive continuous improvement and service efficiency initiatives within CSC HR to better serve RGM’s business needs and place emphasis on fostering a high-performance culture.Planning and Controlling :
Manage the overall budget compliance of the CSC HR team in consultation with CSC Support Services (FA) and RGM Corporate, including the recovery of costs.Maintain cost control within budget expenditure levels. Identify, recommend and implement measures to improve efficiency, service delivery and operational costs.Resource Management :
Communicate resource / staffing requirements to CSC Support Services and manage an optimum number of skilled HR professionals to form the core competence team that provides professional and quality HR services in a cost-efficient model. Ensure that resource strategy is flexible enough to respond to demand variations.Ensure that the team is well-updated with technological advancements in the eHR system and the organization’s business process developments, in order to effectively meet the customers’ challenging and business demands.Identify and manage gaps in the CSC HR Service Delivery Team design. Ensure that the service delivery team is fully trained to deliver the HR services.Provide guidance for the rollout of CSC HR services to all Business Groups / locations. Ensure compliance with RGM HR policies; identify best practices and opportunities to leverage technology, regulatory and industry developments.Understand the strategies, key functions and objectives of CSC HR in general and SAP eHR in specific within RGM.IT Support :
Ensure that requirements and issues pertaining to IT infrastructure, network support, desktop and telephony systems and SAP application support are escalated to and addressed by CSC IT Support Services.Manage the IT support aspects of the CSC HR Service Delivery operations to ensure that the quality and timely delivery of HR services are not compromised due to the supporting IT infrastructure / SAP system.Job Requirements :
