Head, Performance & Reward (Based in Bangi / Klang)

Overview

• Develop and lead the overall performance and compensation and benefits strategy for the organization, in alignment with business objectives and competitive market practices.
• Design and implement innovative compensation structures, including base salary, variable pay, equity plans, and executive compensation packages.
• Oversee the administration of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, leave policies and others.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and senior leadership, to ensure alignment and buy-in for compensation and benefits programs.
• Provide guidance and expertise on performance and compensation-related matters, such as job evaluations, salary structures, promotions, and retention strategies.
• Develop and maintain policies and procedures related to compensation and benefits, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
• Stay informed about legislative changes and industry trends related to compensation and benefits, recommending necessary updates to policies and programs.
• Lead the annual performance review process, working closely with business leaders to ensure effective performance management and merit increase programs.
