Role Description

This is an on-site, full-time role for a Senior Sales Executive located in WP. Kuala Lumpur. The Senior Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing and maintaining client relationships, and driving sales growth. Daily tasks include preparing sales proposals, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with the marketing team to implement sales strategies. The role requires regular reporting on sales activities and performance.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales, business development, and relationship management
• Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
• Ability to develop and execute sales strategies and proposals
• Experience in property investment, development, or related industries
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
