Purchasing Executive

Job Descriptions : -

Responsible for purchasing of Food & Beverage ingredients, and sourcing of suppliers and negotiating for the right cost to maximize the company's margin

• Liaise with Inventory division to plan ahead for all purchases including raw ingredients, cutlery sets, maintenance parts, etc.
• Works with multiple vendors / suppliers – evaluate and determine the best deals for the company based on various factors including price, quality, speed of delivery and other related factors
• Analyze and keep track of pricing trends, market demands to identify the best timing and price to purchase
• Prepare purchase order and monitor on deliveries for incoming goods
• Ensure suppliers and services meet the Company's requirements in terms of product specification, quality and reliability standards
• Perform other duties as and when delegated
