Job Description :

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Management Personal Assistant (MPA) to provide direct support to our senior management team. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling administrative tasks, managing schedules, assisting with project coordination, and ensuring the smooth operation of the executive's daily activities. If you're an efficient multitasker with strong organizational skills and attention to detail, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities :

Executive Support :

  • Manage and coordinate the executive's calendar, appointments, and meetings.
  • Organize and prioritize incoming communications (emails, calls, and correspondence).
  • Prepare and proofread reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.

Communication Liaison :

  • Serve as the point of contact between the executive and internal / external stakeholders.
  • Draft, review, and manage communications on behalf of the executive.
  • Travel and Logistics :

  • Arrange travel, including flight bookings, accommodation, and transportation.
  • Prepare detailed itineraries and ensure timely travel arrangements.
  • Project and Office Management :

  • Assist in the management and coordination of ongoing projects.
  • Ensure deadlines are met and tasks are completed in a timely manner.
  • Organize and maintain office documents and supplies.
  • Meeting Preparation and Event Coordination :

  • Schedule meetings and prepare agendas.
  • Take meeting minutes and track action items.
  • Assist in organizing company events or conferences as needed.
  • Qualifications : Education :

  • Degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related field (preferred).
  • An MPA (Master of Public Administration) or similar qualification is a plus.
  • Experience :

  • At least 2–5 years of experience as a personal assistant, executive assistant, or in a similar administrative role.
  • Experience in project management is an advantage.
  • Skills :

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong communication skills (both verbal and written).
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Additional Requirements :

  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
  • Adaptability to handle changing priorities and manage competing tasks.
