In Asia, they serve industries such as Human Nutrition, Animal Nutrition, Personal Care, Home Care, Crop Nutrition, and CAGS. Their recent expansion into Malaysia reflects a growing focus on Human Nutrition.
Role Overview :
My client is seeking a driven
Sales Manager
to launch and lead their Human Nutrition business in Malaysia. This role involves developing market strategies, building strong customer networks, and collaborating with global and regional teams to grow their footprint.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop strategic market plans aligned with regional and global goals.
- Build and maintain a strong customer portfolio in the F&B manufacturing sector.
- Report market insights to country and regional management.
- Design a balanced product portfolio leveraging global procurement and local logistics.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure top-tier customer service.
