Production Supervisor

Penerangan pekerjaanBriefings and Reports : Lead daily briefings and prepare shift performance reports. Welfare and Discipline : Address team grievances, handle minor and major misconduct, and coordinate cross-training. Compliance Enforcement : Ensure SOP and specification compliance. Defect Management : Verify and recapture defects, escalate issues, and follow up on quality performance changes. Communication : Relay quality alerts and information to relevant teams. Diploma in Electrical Engineering, preferably with supervisory experience. Minimum 2 years in a supervisory role. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Fresh graduates with management backgrounds are welcome to apply.
Job Responsibilities :
- Team Supervision : Train, motivate, and oversee Line Leaders and Production Assistants to achieve daily targets.
- Process Compliance : Communicate and monitor adherence to process changes and safety procedures.
- Shift Coordination : Ensure smooth shift changeovers and provide feedback on production issues.
- Production Management : Maintain equipment in production mode, escalate non-production uses, and initiate quality re-captures.
- Planning and Reporting : Manage manpower and materials to meet targets, review WIP reports, and prepare output reports.
- 5S Implementation : Enforce 5S standards and compliance with SOPs.
- Collaboration : Work with support groups on production matters.
