Penerangan pekerjaanOversee recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent. Support onboarding, career development, and succession planning initiatives. Implement performance management systems that promote continuous feedback and development. Oversee and supervise HR team members to support daily operations. Oversee compensation and benefits administration in collaboration with Directors. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. Minimum of 7–10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a managerial role. Preferably possesses HR operations experience in Retail or Beauty related industry. Strong experience in employee engagement, communications, and culture-building. In-depth experience in HR best practices, and change management. Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and organizational skills. Able to work in a fast-paced environment. Possess own car. Able to read and write in English & Chinese is an added advantage. Willing to travel frequently (40%) (Klang Valley & Outstation). Proven ability to influence stakeholders and drive initiatives across departments. Salary range : RM9,000 - RM11,000. Seniority level : Mid-Senior level. Employment type : Full-time. Job function : Human Resources. Industries : Retail.

SENIOR HR MANAGER
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Manager to lead the HR department and enhance our Human Resources function, with a key focus on staff engagement, organizational culture, and employee experience. This role is critical in shaping a positive and high-performing work environment by driving HR strategies that align with our Company values and business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and lead employee engagement strategies and initiatives to foster a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Conduct regular employee engagement activities, analyze results, and implement action plans.
- Organize and oversee staff recognition programs.
- Act as a trusted advisor and culture ambassador within the organization.
- Partner with stakeholders and JV directors to align HR practices with business objectives.
- Lead HR planning, policy development, and implementation in accordance with labour laws and best practices.
- Identify and drive continuous improvement in HR processes.
