Recruitment Executive

Penerangan pekerjaanPartner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and define job requirements. Develop and implement creative sourcing strategies (online channels, job boards, social media, networking events). Manage the full recruitment life cycle : sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding coordination. Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future needs. Ensure a high-quality candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Leverage data and analytics to track recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, etc.) Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition. Support employer branding initiatives to position myTukar as an employer of choice.
Job Requirement :
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition (in-house or agency).
- Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn, JobStreet, social media, and ATS tools.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities in a high-growth environment.
- Experience recruiting for tech, automotive, or startup environments is a plus.
- Familiarity with recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems (e.g., Workable, Greenhouse, or similar)
