Human Resources Executive ( Recruitment ) - KL Eco City

Penerangan pekerjaan1+ years of experience in a similar HR Recruitment or Talent Acquisition role Fluency in Mandarin is preferred, as the role involves interactions with Mandarin-speaking counterparts and candidates Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with both candidates and internal stakeholders Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities Keen eye for detail and ability to multitask effectively Passion for talent management and a desire to contribute to the growth of the organization
Responsibilities
- Drive the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to candidate selection
- Source and screen potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks
- Conduct interviews, assessments, and reference checks to identify the best-fit candidates
- Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and requirements
- Maintain accurate records and reporting on the recruitment process
