Job Descriptions :
- Strong focus and monitor market trends on identifying and developing new logistics and services business opportunities on Sea Freight, Air Freight and other Total Logistics needs to support the revenue growth.
- Responsible for reaching sales objectives for both import and export markets.
- Preferrable familiar with the International Logistics businesses.
- Proactive in researching, gathering, and analysing market data, understanding the actions of competitors and industry trends, and the capacity to identify new business opportunities.
- Communicate significant trends, rate changes, and policies to assigned accounts.
- Prepare and submit report on overall business performance or business activity.
- Lead, direct and inspire team to achieve corporate goals and objectives including coaching, mentoring, and developing to manage the customer expectations as well.
- Develop effective working relationships with peers, executives, and clients.
