We are looking for a dynamic and driven Assistant Manager, Partnership to support the growth and commercialization of CTOS’s Direct-To-Consumer business. This role is central to driving awareness, adoption, and revenue generation for consumer-focused products through strategic partnerships and effective stakeholder engagement.

You’ll play a key role in managing initiatives, co-developing collaboration opportunities, and optimizing partner performance, while contributing to the delivery of strategic goals. Partnership Development & Management

• Assist in cultivating and managing relationships with existing partners, while identifying and onboarding new strategic partners across industries such as Financial Institution, eWallet, Digital Bank, Insurance, and more.
• Handle day-to-day partner communications, including responding to enquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring a positive partner experience throughout the engagement.
• Prepare compelling partnership proposals, conduct user journey walkthroughs, and coordinate follow-ups to ensure timely progress across partnership pipelines.
