- Oversee daily operations : scheduling, stock, and manpower planning.
- Recruit, train, and develop team members.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and compliant restaurant.
- Manage costs, control waste, and drive sales growth.
- Deliver great customer experiences every time.
- Support marketing plans to attract new customers.
- Track and review daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
- Keep the team aligned with the restaurant's vision and goals.
- Recognize and engage with your team to keep morale high.
- Perform other tasks as assigned
