Job Description

• Establish and lead Malaysia operations, including SOPs, KPIs, and governance frameworks to ensure operational excellence.
• Manage demand and supply planning, 3PL performance, and fulfilment to meet global delivery standards.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, negotiating pricing, capacity, and quality while overseeing documentation and logistics.
• Develop seasonal forecasting strategies to align production with demand cycles and improve inventory turnover.
• Support direct-to-consumer and marketplace fulfilment by ensuring stock accuracy and timely delivery to retail channels.
• Recruit, coach, and retain a high‑performing local team with clear succession planning and a culture of accountability.
• Oversee purchasing accuracy, vendor payments, and budget adherence while ensuring audit readiness and regulatory compliance.
• Drive continuous improvement by digitising workflows, standardising processes, and eliminating inefficiencies across operations.
