Overview

Join Popular Book Co. (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. as an HR Executive (Payroll) in the HR Department .

Responsibilities

  • Process timely payroll, collate payroll data and generate reports.
  • Ensure accurate salary payout and compliance with statutory requirements (LHDN, EPF, SOCSO) for monthly contributions, deductions and payment submissions.
  • Monitor attendance and leave records on a regular basis.
  • Handle day‑to‑day HR functions including staffing, administration of employee welfare / benefit programs, and attendance administration.

Qualifications

  • Diploma, Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree in Business Studies / Administration / Management, Human Resource Management or related studies.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Good team player, positive attitude, motivated, eager to learn and responsible.
  • Fresh graduate welcome to apply.
